We’ve been receiving requests from our readers to share the weight loss challenge, including recipes and diet plans. So here is our IWB, A Day 1 Diet Plan For Losing 4 Kgs Weight In 1 Month.

Let’s start with the Day 1 diet plan. Vegetables for lunch are up to your preference today, just avoid potatoes this month. Specifics will be provided from Day 2 onwards.

I’ve included tea/coffee since I understand the need for it. If you can skip it, well done!

I’ll share the Workout Plan later tonight. In the meantime, don’t skip your walk. You can find the walking plan here.

Monday/Day 1
7:30 AMHalf lemon in 1 glass lukewarm water + 10 almonds
8:30 AM3 Egg Whites
8:30 AMHalf cup muesli + 1 bowl skimmed milk
9:30 AMTea/Coffee without sugar
11:30 AMApple
1:00 PM1 plate of salad + 1 wheat chapatti + 1 bowl of veggies + 1 bowl of Daal + 1 cup curd
4:00 PMTea/Coffee without sugar + 2 Marie Biscuits
6:00 PMFruit Salad (or any 1 fruit)
8:00 PM1 plate of green salad
8:30 PMHomemade vegetable soup + sauteed veggies
10:00 PMIf hungry, 1 cup warm skimmed milk without sugar

If you’re already exercising, have a fruit/salad before your workout and buttermilk after it. Next time, we’ll provide a list of foods you should eat!
