11:30 AMOrangePapaya (3-4 slices)
1:00 PM1 plate of salad + 1 wheat chapatti + 1 bowl of mix veggies + 1 bowl of Daal + 1 cup curd1 plate of Sprouts + 1 cup boiled rice + 1 bowl of chole + 1 cup curd
4:00 PMTea/Coffee without sugar with 2 marie/ any smoothie without sugarTea/Coffee without sugar with 2 marie/ any smoothie without sugar
